Sign in securely

1. Open the Cybex Manage address supplied by your administrator.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Complete the additional verification step when your account has two-factor authentication enabled.
4. If you belong to more than one organization, choose the organization you want to manage.

Your permissions follow your role in the selected organization. Some controls described in this guide may be hidden or disabled if your role is Viewer or Operator.

Account safety

• Never share your password, recovery codes, session details, or setup codes.
• Store two-factor recovery codes in your organization’s approved password manager.
• Sign out when using a shared administration computer.
• Ask an Owner or Manager to remove access that is no longer needed.

If a password-reset or email-verification link has expired, request a new message rather than forwarding the original link.
