Use Cybex Forge
Cybex Forge is an optional local service that provides network installation and caches Blueprint build artifacts. Computers continue to work without it, but installation and downloads may use the internet directly and take longer.
Healthy Forge
Section titled “Healthy Forge”A healthy Forge is online, has sufficient free storage, and reports that its installer and Blueprint caches match Manage.
Open Settings > Cybex Forge to manage Cybex Forge. Use this page to:
- Approve a pending Forge enrollment.
- Check software and installer synchronization.
- Review Blueprint cache builds.
- Retry or cancel failed cache work.
- Approve a Forge software update.
- Rebuild installer and Blueprint caches when normal synchronization cannot recover.
Do not repeatedly trigger rebuilds while one is already running. Build work can take a while and computers remain managed during that time.
If Forge is offline, first verify power, network connectivity, and storage. Then check whether its last reported status includes a specific recovery action.
